Why is there oil filling up around the spark plugs in a 92 Honda Accord?

My Accord is loosing oil and it keeps filling up around all the spark plugs, and two of them fill up so much that the wires pop out while I am driving. What could be the problem? Why is there oil filling up around the spark plugs in a 92 Honda Accord?
all right check it out, your valve cover has 4 holes where your plug wires go from the distributor cap. from the valve cover you got tube seals. from tube seals you got spark plug tubes down to the spark plugs. your tube seals arent sealing either between your sealsa and cover or seals and plug tubes. Why is there oil filling up around the spark plugs in a 92 Honda Accord?
the gasket o- ring around the spark plug hole has been dry rotted and lost its sealing abilities causing oil to pass thru the seal and into the spark plug holes it's an easy fix, removing the old seals is the fun part. Lots of work to get them out.
what he said..the ring seals probably need replacing...
