What are the percentages of the dependency on foreign oil from 1979 to present?

Jimmy Carter promised in his Crisis of Confidence address (1979) that there will never be a rise in foreign oil dependence. He promised that he will make a change that will lower and keep low the dependency rates on power resources, such as oil and coal. Can you supply me with a graph of these rates from 1979 to present? What are the percentages of the dependency on foreign oil from 1979 to present?
