The drum rotates on rollers. That's what is squeaking. On most dryers, you can remove the front and gain access to the rollers. The bearings on the drum are most likely ';sealed'; and do not require any service.
**NOTE** You never want to use an oil on a appliance that heats up, like a dryer.
It will draw in dust, and it can be a fire hazard.

Ahh maybe the rollers but also see if you have a center support bearing on the rear of the drum. I think you do. the Unplug the dryer, lift the top and look behind the drum to see if there is a bearing support the back of the drum. If so you can remove it and replace. THe drum as to come out along with the belt and front of the dryer. It sounds bad but it really isn't.
Replacement part is about $15 bucks.

You need to replace the bearings. don't do this your self buy a new unit or pay the price to fix it correctly
