How much oil can be recovered through secondary recovery?

This is for sicence. Its this real hard question i cant find. if someone can find it then i'll give u 10 points. just make sure it is right, cuz i dont want to fail. How much oil can be recovered through secondary recovery?
There is a WIDE range of secondary recovery percentage. Much depends on the original reservoir drive mechanism whether is was solution gas drive, water drive or a combination of both. Generally solution gas drive (like beer in a keg) is relatively inefficient and reservoirs with this drive usually don't get more than 20% of the oil that was originally there. Water drive reservoirs are more efficient and can recover up to 50% of the original oil. So, your answer is that depleted solution gas drive reservoirs are good candidates for water or gas flooding to push out some of the remainng oil. Secondary recovery rates can in some cases be more than what was originally produced - however it is usually more like 50%.
