What kind of oil do you use for a home fryolator?

SIgnature Classics 3.2qt Fryer.....It's from walgreens and I hear a lot of great reviews from it, but what kind of Oil is the best to use-Extra Virgin Olive Oil? (EVOO)

Thanks for any and all help! What kind of oil do you use for a home fryolator?
I use either canola oil or vegetable oil. What kind of oil do you use for a home fryolator?
Do not use EVOO, aside from costing you a small fortune, it will negatively affect the flavor of many items. Canola has a higher smoke point than veggie oil for about the same cost and is nutritionally better than veggie oil.
vegetable oil is best evoo is bad for another reason besides cost the smoke point is low.which depending on your fry temp can result in fire
Peanut Oil..
