What is the oil capacity of a 1985 Yamaha CA50 gearbox?

I have inherited a 1985 Yamaha CA50 scooter. Of course, no owners manual came with it. I want to change the oil in the gearbox but do not know the capacity and type of oil to use. Here's to hoping someone knows... Thanks. What is the oil capacity of a 1985 Yamaha CA50 gearbox?
It's a very small amount.

0.13Litre

0.14 US Quart

Thats about 5 US ounces.

Yamaha says use 10w30 grade SE motor oil

or grade GL gear oil.

Automatic Transmission Fluid is vastly superior in every respect to either of those.

Yamaha seems to contradict itself as far as Change Interval(nothing unusual for them)

They range from 12,000 mi /24 months

to as little as 3,000 mi /6 months

????????

One a year or every 12,000 miles will do just fine.

Because it has such a Small Capacity,,,,it's VERY,VERY important to watch for any Leaks.

By the time you notice them,,,';1/2 the oil is gone';.

Hope that helpsWhat is the oil capacity of a 1985 Yamaha CA50 gearbox?
